Top 25 Wellness Tips for UNI Students 

UNI students have consistently reported several factors that impact their academic performance, according to the UNI National College Health Assessment. The top five reported factors include: stress, sleep difficulties, mental health problems, work, and cold/flu. To address this need, Student Wellness Services has developed 25 wellness tips to guide students in developing healthy habits so they can focus on their academics and future career goals!
